Getting there and getting settled
September 25–27, 2026 · Raleigh–Durham, North Carolina. Everything below is speaker-specific — the public attendee logistics live on the main Summit site.
Where we gather
Sessions run across NCCU School of Law · Durham Convention Center. Signage and student ambassadors are posted at every entrance — if you're turned around, look for a gold lanyard.
Speaker check-in
The Speaker Desk sits just inside the main lobby and opens one hour before the first session each day. Bring a photo ID; badges are printed on site.
Parking
Complimentary speaker parking is validated at the Speaker Desk. Deck entrances are marked on the printed map in your welcome folder. Rideshare drop-off is at the north entrance.
Hotel block
A discounted room block is held for speakers through late August. Booking details are emailed with your confirmation — if you didn't get them, tell us and we'll resend.
Hospitality suite / green room
A quiet speaker-only room with refreshments, a mirror, power, and a place to breathe before you go on. Ask any ambassador to walk you there.
Wi-Fi & A/V
Guest Wi-Fi credentials are printed on the back of your badge. Every session room has HDMI, a clicker, and a wired lavalier or handheld mic.
