Latham Parking Deck is the primary parking location for Summit attendees.

Please allow extra time to park, travel to the Student Center, and check in. The free Summit shuttle loops between Latham Parking Deck and the Student Center — see the Complimentary Shuttle page for times.

Accessible parking in Latham Parking Deck

Designated accessible parking spaces are available within Latham Parking Deck for guests displaying a valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate.

• The $7 event parking rate applies when entering the deck.
• Accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Accessible parking outside Latham Parking Deck

Guests who need to use an accessible parking space elsewhere on campus must display both:

1. A valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate; and
2. The required NCCU parking permit or authorization.

If you do not already have an NCCU parking permit, you must purchase a daily visitor permit, currently $20 per day, through the NCCU Parking Portal.

To obtain your permit

1. Create an account in the portal.
2. Purchase a daily visitor parking permit.
3. Print the permit and display it in your vehicle.

The $7 event rate does not apply to these visitor permits. Purchasing a visitor permit does not reserve or guarantee an accessible parking space — accessible spaces remain first come, first served.

Accessible drop-off & Student Center arrival

We are coordinating with NCCU to confirm the closest accessible parking and drop-off options near the Student Center. Additional location and arrival instructions will be posted here once finalized.

Law Expo exhibitor unloading

A designated unloading procedure is being coordinated for law school representatives and other exhibitors bringing recruitment materials.

Detailed instructions, including the unloading location, arrival route, timing, and available assistance, will be shared with exhibitors once confirmed. After unloading, exhibitors should plan to relocate their vehicles to Latham Parking Deck unless they have received separate parking instructions.

NCCU employees

NCCU employees with current parking permits may park in the appropriate zones covered by their existing permits.
